Kana was so amazing and professional… makes the guest feel welcomed

Overall, the room met my needs. I needed a place to sleep while I explored Oahu. This is not a hotel resort. Perfect for my needs and met my budget. Only wish the hotel had better mattresses. The box spring mattresses were not kind on my back.

The service was great. Room is a little tight, but for the price it is good especially since it is in Waikiki. The front desk receptionist Kana was really helpful and nice. Amenities were awesome especially the pool. The room was decently clean and the noise level was not bad for it being summer. Location is not ideal if you want to be in the heart of Waikiki, but if you rather be closer to the convention center or Ala Moana it is good.

Had a great experience at this hotel. Although it’s not on the beach, it’s close by and also near other attractions. The room is larger than I expected and had great air conditioning. Check in was smooth as Kana was at the front desk and she was so helpful. Thank you!

Staff receptionist is very nice tbe name is KANA shes very approachable and always smiling.

Housekeeping just go inside my room when i go outside without notice.
