室内清掃がなかなか入らなかった。

Very positive experience at this hotel especially due to very helpful and accommodating staff. I arrived early at 8am a full 7 hours before check in after 2 flights from Australia. Vanessa and Nicky on reception very kindly found me a room so I could freshen up and get some rest. The hotel is well located and close to shops, the beach and restaurants. I ate at Waikiki Brewing Company which was very good and over the road from the hotel. The room was very clean albeit a little tired and dated but as a single night stopover this served my purpose just fine.

The location suited me. The room was clean.

Noisy window a/c. Funky drapes hard to operate, so room was bright and noisy all night. Surprised by “resort fees” for no apparent amenities.

I really liked how friendly the staff were, it was a great way to be greeted and cared for while I was there. The most outstanding feature for me was the panel windows in our room that opened up to the balcony overlooking the city. The top floor recreational area was also very impressive given the view and game area.

The room itself was outdated, needed a good mop/sweep, and was bare minimal though to be expected with the economic deal we got on it. The location was tricky being in the middle of Waikiki and on a corner. Pick up and drop off when it came to lyft/uber was kind of tight.
