The room was a one bedroom suite with plenty of space. Bathroom was good, plenty of towels and restocked each day. Very convenient for Cruise ship departures and also for visiting the Old part of San Juan.

The room was sold as a bay view, which it had, as long as you lent out on the tiny balconies. There were some housekeeping issues like a missing net curtain, a very odd vent in to the bedroom area that allowed water to drip down the wall. Management attended to look at the list of issues we had, so hopefully everything is sorted.

This hotel is nice but if you don’t like crowds from cruise ships, stay far away from here. Cruise ships change out every day. As a result, 10 ships came and went in the span of 2 1/2 days!

The hotel is across from the cruise ship docks and it gets overrun a few times a day when the ships come in. The staff was nice, but the few requests we made were not met.

First was the location, but once we entered the hotel we were blown away. The professionalism and warmth of the staff was more than expected. The building was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed the amenities. The food was fabulous.

The location was centrally located in old San Juan. The staff is kind, responsive and helpful. The Jr suite was spacious with a great view.

Just be prepared for cruise rush in the area and crowd checking in and out of property due to proximity of the port.
