Days Inn by Wyndham Sturbridge

There were liquor bottles, vape carts,dirty socks on the floor of the room. The towels were dirty and the toilet didn't flush.

Very clean, very helpful people. Nice price. Will return next year

Other guests had no disregard for others in the rooms next to them. Television on very loud, could hear through walls with many people talking and laughing late at night. After driving many hours,we just wanted to sleep.

Nothing

It was disgusting. There was trash on the floor, the bedsheets hadn’t been washed ( crumbs and hair between the sheets); mold on the shower curtain, bathtub was dirty, toilet was filthy! Just a gross, gross place. Staff didn’t seem to care.

Not much

No pool Breakfast was terrible. Nothing to offer only waffles and coffee. No fruit or yougart no milk for cereal. They shouldn't say they offer Breakfast because they dont

Convenience

Seaman stains on blankets asked for new ones was told “there just stains” Went and bought our own blankets

Didn't even give a plastic cup to rinse your mouth with. Very limited breakfast(Which was late). Smelly room. As soon as I pulled into the property and saw the grass was a foot high i figured it wasn't going to be very good.

AS A BUSINESS, I BOOKED A STAY FOR A CLIENT. HE ARRIVED TO FIND THE ROOM VERY DIRTY. THERE WAS EVEN HAIR ON THE PILLOWS! WHEN ASKED FOR IT TO BE CLEANED OR TO BE MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM, THEY SAID NO. HE SLEPT ON A TOWEL ON TOP OF THE BED AND NO PILLOW. HE CHECKED OUT IN THE MORNING. HE WAS BOOKED FOR 5 NIGHTS. WE WERE ONLY REIMBURSED FOR TWO NIGHTS EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THEIR FAULT. NEVER WILL I GO THERE OR SEND A CLIENT THERE AGAIN!!
