Rooms are outdated. Carpet is filthy with many stains. Curtains are dirty and ripped. Beds are uncomfortable. Door to bathroom doesn’t close properly. Toilet doesn’t flush properly. Safe in room is locked. The kitchen has no utensils, pots, or any dish wares.

The amenities were very nice and the property was clean and well kept the rooms were always cleaned by housekeeping with no hassle, valet was very efficient

I didn’t like how for the price of the rooms valet is not included for guests. For the price of a luxury hotel that should be included

I stayed at the Catamaran Resort Hotel on June 5, 2026, and checked out on June 6, 2026. My stay was wonderful, and the staff made the experience truly memorable. A special thank you to Luchie Griffin at the front desk for being so welcoming, friendly, and professional. I would also like to recognize Lenin Partida, the manager, who was incredibly helpful, attentive, and wonderful throughout our stay. Their outstanding customer service made us feel valued and well taken care of. I also want to thank the sushi chef and the restaurant team. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. Every meal we had was excellent, and the service was outstanding. The hotel has a relaxing atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and a peaceful environment that is perfect for a getaway. I highly recommend the Catamaran Resort Hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay. We will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars for the amazing staff, wonderful manager, delicious food, and excellent hospitality. Thank you for making our stay so special! 😊🌴🍣✨
