Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa

This Resort does not in any way disappoint you. From the moment we arrived the Front Desk Alex proceeded to welcome us and assure us that he would make sure we were happy with our stay. Our room was spacious with a wonderful view of the Sanibel Harbor. The room was neat and spotless with all of the amenities you could ask for. During our brief stay we called on Alex for assistance and were very happy with the results. We also enjoyed a wonderful lunch with Amt our server. My wife and I were both very impressed with the quality and appearance of our meals. In the morning we had breakfast in the Tarpon Room Restaurant and not only delighted with the beautiful extensive breakfast buffet but our service from Sharnett was great explaining all of our options. If I were to make one small observation, the guest room toilets need to be updated.

Great stop for a late night snack and a beer

We had the pleasure of staying a week at the Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa. Our overall experience was excellent. We stayed in a King Suite on the 7th floor of Captiva Tower and the view of the harbour and grounds was beautiful. With the variety of restaurants, activities and multiple pools we didn't need or want to leave the resort all week. The service was top notch and we want to give special shout outs to Cidni at Charley's Cabana Bar who made sure to point out the dolphins in the harbour that hang out right next the bar. She also made us feel like friends and not customers. Cody at the Cabana was equally as great in welcoming us 2 nights. Calbert provided us very upscale service at Tarpon House for breakfast and dinner at the Courtside Steakhouse. Colbert also has a very warming smile and sense of humor. We had the pleasure of meeting Jackson at the poolside bar, The Cove. Jackson's timing and friendly smile brightened our days at the pool. Michelle with guest service was very patient and helpful with our early stupid tourist questions. It was also a pleasure to hear Heather's friendly voice when ordering room service.. This was such an overall amazing vacation thanks the entire staff. We won't be going back to Destin. This is our new vacation home.

What a beautiful hotel! Every aspect of our stay was incredible. From the cleanliness of the rooms to the service by all the staff. The pool area is perfect and the tennis courts and Pickleball courts are some of the nicest I’ve seen at a hotel. We will definitely be back!

It is individuals like Nick who make a resort experience truly unforgettable. What makes this resort so special is the genuine sense of care and hospitality that can be felt everywhere. Whether relaxing by the water, enjoying the stunning sunsets, or simply walking through the beautifully maintained property, every moment felt peaceful, memorable, and welcoming. It is rare to find a resort that delivers such consistency in excellence across every department. The Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa has unquestionably earned our highest recommendation. This was a truly unforgettable stay, and we are already looking forward to returning. The Hotel was very dated. The food was less than good. the service was slow and a few times nonexistent. a chair broke at the pool when my wife sat on it. the room were dark and dingy. we will not be returning

The location is great and it has everything you need

Food was excellent, the views were great. I don’t normally do this but I have to call out someone who really took care of us. Ronda at Charlie’s had the best personality and made sure we had a good time. Kinda rare these days. Loved Ronda!!
