La gente es amable, la habitacion es comoda

Muy poco personal para tanta gente, no había toallas y se tardaron 2 horas en llevarlas, se hacen bolas de tanta gente que hay y poco personal aunque los que estas si son amables

I visited Grand Park Royale with my family from May 12 – May 19. My brother and I stayed in room #710 and my parents in room #711. Our stay was fantastic. The maid kept our rooms clean, Berto (the drink attendant to our room) kept us well stocked, we loved watching the ocean from our balcony, and we really enjoyed watching the Funtastic Team lead people in dance and in pool activities down below. Oh, and on note of the Funtastic Team, there was a woman named Alexia who was particularly helpful when my brother and I were looking for towels on the first day. Even though it was probably outside of her department, she helped us find them and was really kind throughout the process. The restaurants were also magnificent. Frida’s had some fantastic birria, and Andiano had a great... well, everything! Everything I ate at the Italian restaurant was excellent and fresh, and the salad bar had a great selection of fresh vegetables, cured meats, and special cheese (the smoked provolone was excellent). Furthermore, Gonzalo and Omar were fantastic waiters. They made us feel at home, and Gonzalo made some of the best tiramisu I’ve ever had.

Servicio insuficiente mobiliario viejo y no hay camastros toallas viejas . meseros insuficiente los restaurantes sin capacidad para los turistas . Comida pésima. Nolo recomiendo.yademas sucio .quieren mas

El hotel no es muy grande así que es fácil de navegar. El personal del hotel fue muy amable en todo momento. El ambiente se sentía muy familiar.

La comida estuvo muy muy mala y el personal permite que la gente aparte camastros aunque no los usen todo el día.
