The water never got hot the tub was dirty the coffee pot never worked also the pool was not opened none of the ice machines worked on any of the floors. Had to get the worker to get our ice from the kitchen

Older dated hotel off main highway. Simple breakfast. Comfortable bed and pillows. Met my needs in price and off main road .

Not good management, I tried to call multiple times and email all day and no answer, mind you this was like 7 calls because it was something urgent. Had to call their call center because I needed a form and two different call center people couldn't get them to answer. How do you go literally all day without checking the phone or your emails? Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Just overall, find somewhere else these people are worth it.

I booked this property because it had an indoor pool. The only reason. Got to hotel just to find out the pool is unheated. So its unusable because its too cold. The front desk staff was wonderful but let people know that the pool is unheated.

Noisy,felt unsafe and property is mint condition on cleanness
