Hilton Garden Inn Anchorage

Location. Fabulous front of house staff - she sorted a major problem. Our room was dirty and the bedsheets had not been changed prior to arrival. Our receptionist changed our room promptly.

Dirty sheets on our bed in our first room. Nobody cleaned the room for our second night’s stay.

Fair. Did not expect to pay. It was my belief that breakfast was part of the stay

The stay was no a friendly

It was clean convenient and FAAFOU was kind helpful and made the experience more pleasant

I was unable to extend my stay as it was fully booked

Ms Faafau ensured for cleanliness and healthy room stay at our allergen free request. Our 10 days stayed was so comfortable and your employees ensured we feel safe and comfortable. Thanks again for your exceptional services and top notch employees you have at this location, we felt warm and welcome when traveling and especially in a cold states such as Alaska. Ms. Faafau ensured she never missed to set aside her friendly smile/greetings every time people entered the front door even while she attended guests at her counter. Please help us extend our appreciation and thankfulness to your workers at Anchorage Alaska hotel. Very sincerely

Good location and it was kept clean

This is my 2nd stay and both times I’ve had to get the Minnie fridge fixed. Ice machine was on the first floor at the end of the hallway.
