Breakfast was not provided. This is the worst experience we’ve ever had at a hotel. Hotel is roach infested, we’ve reported it numerous times and manager Denese refused our request to transfer to a different room and actually left us a broom to sweep all the dead ones up ourselves. There are literally hundreds of them in our room. This picture is just one cabinet in the kitchen. No refunds or credits were provided by Intown Suites corporation although it was reported. We also spent over $50 buying roach bombs, sprays and gel baits which we also were not reimbursed for although also reported.

Horrible

I arrived at the property 7.15pm. The office had closed. There was no me and my friend to check in. I rang the number on the door but eh gentleman that answered it said he had no authority to check me in as he had no access to the rooms. I went back the next day to lodge a complaint. The hotel had deducted money from my bank account for the first nights for the 2 rooms that we had booked. I was told that they would get back to me a few days later to discuss the refund. today is the 22 November (I booked for september) and no information nor call back from them. A question that I have is how I am to know if there would be delays with my flight? There was thunderstorm when we got to Houston so we could not land until about 2 hours later. We were diverted to Dallas for a while. I would have been a great thing to refund the first night's deduction.

Provide options for guests that would arrive late at the hotel due to no fault of their own. Over here in England, hotels make provisions for guests like leaving the keys in a secure box at the door.

I just don't like the fact that the bathroom and some part have been decay and roaches that comes out at night make it worse. I actually stay in room 237 but not sure about other rooms
