Everything about the room was perfect. Definitely liked the bedroom and kitchen in different rooms alot of privacy 5 stars stAff 4 kinda rude

The room was clean and like the kitchenette

What breakfast? Only thing you get for a breakfast is muffins, banana or apples and yogurt.

I stayed on 3rd floor and it smelled like weed the whole time I was there. There was also weed found and given to staff on my floor. Bugs in room. Sink stopped up and was told just stick hand in sink and press up and down a few times. Remote didn't work. Dishes dirty in dishwasher. Rolling suitcase carts wheels falling off When I got ready to check out I had to wait 5 min or more at the desk after ringing bell then call number for front desk lady to come on from outside smoking ughhh Let out couch sheets dirty. Mattress so thin it was like sleeping on wires.

Lack of professionalism No clean towels available first thing in the morning said laundry hadn't been done Room fire alarm covered up.

Booked through hotels.com. Got there and took forever cause hotels didn’t send my card number they claim , pull out bed was missing springs to hold mattress up, door wouldn’t shut to bedroom , literally couldn’t shut it. Tv didn’t work, pop tart wrappers in bedding and pull out couch, duct tape over smoke detector which is why it smells like smoke ..,.

It’s a cute place to stay.

The smell of weed

The bedding was not clean. Hairs, crumbs, dirty spots on pillow cases. Pulled out the sofa sleeper only to find yellow stains and other stains. Wanted to use the toaster to make toast for daughter and it didnt work. Wont be staying there again.

The room was clean, but didn’t have anything other than one cup and a spoon in the suite. The halls and elevator smelt terrible like smoke and marijuana.
