Super nice staff, but needs major work in all other areas.

There wasn’t a real breakfast just yogurt and juice

Got checked in and went to our room. Our a/c didnt work and upon further inspection we found a cockroach in the kitchen cupboard, the sheets on the bed were covered in someone elses hair, the shower had a loogie stuck to the wall and the room smelt of old chinese food. When i spoke with the lady at the front desk she expressed her sincere apologies but used inappropriate language. After checking out we tried to get a refund for our room as we did not stay due to the conditions but the hotel has not responded to the traveling site leaving us out $200. Very disappointed in this hotel. Will not recommend to anyone. It made the beginning of our family vacation very stressful and rough especially having to move 2 kids around at 9:30 at night.

The staff was outstanding, very helpful! Parking is a little short But was always able to find a parking place. Will definitely stay there the next time I’m in town.

the toilet seat was almost off the toilet.. i was afraid of falling off when sitting down. the fixture for the lights in the bathroom was full of nicotine there was alot of dust on the walls..the dishwasher had a huge dent in it.. looked like it came out of the garbage. the Regfrigerator was making a banging sound all night long which disrupted our sleep.. Didnt sleep all night. in the morning we were crabby and had a long day of travel ahead of us.. Made for a terrible day and I am still not rested up.

Came into town for a baseball showcase. Upon arrival many broken down, rough vehicles parked in parking lot. Went into hotel room, seemed nice, but TV and lights didn't work in the room. They couldn't figure out what was wrong. Told us we could switch rooms or they'd put a work order in. We stayed the night, thought they put a work order in for the maintenance the next day. Came back from a day of baseball to still no working TV or lights in the room. Asked to be switched into a new room. Went into new room, son wanted pullout couch opened, upon opening it, the whole mattress had stains(looked like little droplets of blood) everywhere on the mattress. We packed up and left ASAP. Very dirty overall, think it's more of a hotel for low income that live there/homeless.

The smell the service and the breakfast were all really poor.
