Occidental Punta Cana - All Inclusive

Our trip to Punta Cana was amazing thanks to the girls at the First Club Oficina, Elsa Yaques and Maria De Leon. Their attention and enthusiasm made our trip a great one. They looked after every need for us and always with a smile and great attitude. It would not have been the same without them. Had a wonderful time at Occidental Punta Cana. The hotel is clean and tidy, the staff are friendly and helpful, food quality is good. Would recommend to friends and family.

Lot to improve meat, rooms and SECURITY , poor pool, bad breakfast ..................................

This is our 4th time visiting OPC. First I'll start with Valentine with the beach activities. He is a go getter and always smiling,Mari was also friendly. First Club beach bartenders were all wonderful. Seafood restaurant excellent. One couple in our group was in room 15207, From day one they had no air conditioning!! Maintenance would fix, leave then 10 min later stop workin. Went to first club to report probably 6+ times. They had to wait at room probably 6 times waiting for repair for same thing. Wasting their vacation time sitting in room and not on the beach. Finally moved to another room on Wed nite. First club employees were not helpful with this problem. They were all playing on their phones every time you went in there.

Ful of college kids destroying the resort ,food sucks , the rooms weren’t good. Spend your money elsewhere.

Definitely the best vacation I’ve had so far. It’s a charming place, perfect for spending time as a couple, with family, or with friends. The hotel staff make you feel right at home, but the best part was "Animacion" team, they turn your stay into a sea of fun. None of this would be possible without the incredible work made by Diva, their leader, with her energy, her beautiful smile, and her kindness, she makes the days truly unforgettable. Without a doubt, this is my favorite place in Punta Cana, and I will definitely return! ✨🌴

We love Hipolito, Wendy, Rosa, Estephany, Ederis, Sandro, Fermin, Danya, Eduardo, Candy all in the Royal Club Restaurant. And we love Pamela, Enrique, Syanara, and Jorge at the Royal Club Beach Bar. Service is friendly but lacks frequent checks for drinks and to see if other things are needed in the restaurant. The resort had some issues with no water for a few hours. Need to keep non Royal member out of beach area and beach bar.

We had a great time relaxing at the Occidental. We can recommend this place as a place to stay. Do not pass up an opportunity to stay.

Lissbel is a great server she made sure we were taken care of the entire time. Me and my friends had a great time.
