"Great staff, clean rooms more thoroughly "

All of the staff was extremely nice and very helpful! There were a few things with the room when we checked in regarding the cleanliness, but we didn’t complain. Also, not their fault, but I wish the shuttle came around more often.

Location

Many items in the room were broken and didn’t work. No hot water for shower. Not enough parking. Lacked any paper resources about the town we were visiting.

"I won't stay there again."

Location. Pet friendly.

Great example of you get what you pay for. The nightly rate was approximately half of other lodging in the WP area, though the place looked like it had not been updated since the '70s. Not very clean. Layout of the property was somewhat awkward. The place really needs a massive upgrade.

I like the lodge for its proximity. Maybe if they had better coffee and didnt allow dogs it could appeal more to the affluent, but I loke it as it is, thought they are cheap on coffee.

checkin was a mess , was charged because they couldn't figure out how to transfer Expedia payment. Rooms were stuffy. Pillows were terrible. Friendly staff and very helpful.
