Winter Park Mountain Lodge

Toilet leaking from bathroom above and dripping on as we used our toilet.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

We stayed last weekend and could not have had a better experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There were plenty of towels and the room was extremely clean. The location was perfect and we shuttled everywhere we went. We will definitely stay here again.

No hot tub or restaurant

The pictures are misleading. The place is outdated and a bit run down. All the previous reviews comment on the ice cold pool. I guess they read the reviews because it was hotter than the hot tubs during our stay. The hot tubs were hot but the pool was hotter. The kids game room was a disaster but our kids thought it was awesome. The “to go breakfast” was limited and kind of pricey for the quality. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but that seemed limited and pricey as well. Super close to the resort and great transportation options. Beds were comfortable and were all hot sleepers so the blankets worked for us but they were thin. If you just need a place to stay that’s close, it works but go in with low expectations.

Employees are friendly but it's very understaffed. At check in, instructions weren't clear at all, as to where to park and where our room was located. The restaurant was pricey and food was pretty bad. One major plus when booking was pool and hot tub, turns out they were out of service. On the positive side is the location.

Room was in terrible shape! Notified front desk of shattered window in room. Middle of winter and no blankets on bed. Carpet coming apart. Chair in shambles. Had to take long bus ride to get to ski area base. Will never stay here again!!
