Hilton Waikoloa Village

I would not stay here. Great grounds poorly used. I would downgrade it to a 3 star property. Customer service is non existent. We ended up spending all of our time outside the facility. The staff does not understand hospitality and this is why I avoid Hilton properties. You go from pretentious and stuffy Waldorf Astoria to non existent staff with a culture of bad service. I will skip this property. It would have been gorgeous in its hey day but poorly maintained and dusty everywhere I couldn’t stop sneezing. Towels, sheets and bedding were so worn they were brownish and lack any iota of fluff. So disappointed. It put a damper on our Big Island stay. I booked the grounds! Never again

Great grounds, terrible hotel facilities and hotel itself badly in need of renovation. All effort is put in grounds and nothing else. Staff was actually rude at check in and manager was no better and actually told me it’s a 3 start property not 4 as advertised. Guest want better service not a coupon for a free cabana stay. Culture of rude guest interaction even in the dinning options. I will not return or recommend

This resort offers so much in the property. Don’t rely on the tram/canal boat. You will be walking a lot BUT it’s worth it.

Did not like the smokers above us, no holiday service the crazy noisy people above us and next to us constantly banging all night dropping luggage or chairs 🤔 the cigarette smoke was the worst

It was an all around great stay. The pools and decor are amazing! I would definitely recommend this stay!
