Good staff, clean room/facilities

This is a convention hotel and should be marketed as such. Downtown in a sketchy neighborhood. You had to pay extra for everything-no breakfast, no free filtered water, pay parking, You had to sign into their awards program to access wifi, badly overpriced.

It was clean, but not like clean. The walls were dirty, the bathroom looked like the bare minimum was done to clean it. No bugs, sheets were clean. Service was okay, we just had one evening front desk personnel who did not seem interested in helping.

The smell, the hard squeaky bed, the musty smell. No pool, no continental breakfast, terrible location.

it was very quiet and relaxing, i didn't hear anyone which made it feel like we had the floor to ourselves, it wasn't as busy as i thought it would be

Pool didn't work, no smart TV, breakfast very limited plus had to pay. Bed hard as a rock. Squeaked

The staff was really nice and very helpful.

Breakfast included with lodging would be nice!

When I checked in, there was no one at the front desk. I walked around the lobby looking for someone for 15 minutes or so. Parking had to pay by your phone in advance - was separate billing from hotel. Advertised a buffet, but had to order off the menu instead. Won't be staying here again.

Pictures are spot on but cleanliness wasn’t. Also breakfast comes at a separate cost and the elevator was always breaking down so we had to walk up and down the stairway.
