Hotel Torremayor Lyon

Enjoyed my stay. Excellent property. Suite was roomy, clean and nicely appointed. Location is great. Less than 2 blocks to metro station and retail stores. Roof top pool although small was a nice place to relax. Breakfast was great with wonderful fresh fruits and tasty cafe au lait. Would recommend highly.

the staff did not care much when i reported there wasn't any hot water in the shower , they took forever to solve the problem and did not take the time to notify me it had been solved , i lost close to 5 hours of that day

I enjoyed the stay, but thought the rooms were a little on the small side. Front desk staff is very helpful and friendly but seem to be hampered by an antiquated computer system as checking in/out is slow. Breakfast is good. There are two computers for public use just off the restaurant but you have to pay for in-room wi-fi by buying 1,3 or 24 hour access cards. Wi fi was fast and stable.The hotel is walking distance to one of the main streets with plenty of restaurants, banks and change bureaus. It is in a very safe area.

Great hotel in a very good location. Rooms are spacious and cozzy. Breakfast is grieta and staff is really friendly.

Excellent room/bathroom size. Clean and cozy. I was not lucky enough to have the heat working, so I had a cold room due the freeze temperature of 6 degrees at night on April. The hotel receptionist was advised about it but did not solve the problem. I stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast should be way much better. Slow reposition of hot milk and not much bread options. Juices are not good. No liquid Yougurt. Internet card is quite expensive. Should be for free. Excelent neighborhood. Close to the subway. Overall experience was good.

The hotel pick-up from airport never arrived to collect us (4 people), despite us confirming the booking with the hotel a week beforehand. The reception/lobby staff could not have cared less about us spending over an hour at the airport and then having to arrange our own transport. We booked a non-smoking room but were initially offered a room which reeked with stale cigarette/cigar smoke - we requested another room. The room we were then offered had a dirty floor. On the second day cleaning staff took our hand towel and floor mat but did not replace them until late evening. On the positive side, the dining/kitchen staff were very good and the selection for breakfast was great.

We loved the hotel for its small hotel feeling, wonderful personal service and the very convenient location relative to city centre and our business meetings. Have stayed twice and will stay and recommend again. Thank you. Please just improve the wireless wifi reception in rooms.

The Hotel is very centrally located, near shops, mall, tour busus etc. The staff is very professional and courteous. I will definitly return when I return to Chile.

Great location. Close to Metro and restaurants.
