beautiful and safe

The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. It’s an older property but very clean.

The food was excellent! You must try the Fry Jacks! Even more so, the customer service was superb. The staff is so attentive they remember your name, whether you like coffee or tea, and make Mimosas with fresh watermelon juice. Sending Love to Rodolfo (Rudy), Roland, Zenia, Sam, and Joelle. They are a great team!

The mosquitoes are so hungry so take your bug spray! But that is not the hotels fault. LOL Currently, there is construction going on so it is a bit noisy but reasonable and only during daytime hours.

The authentic island feel and look of the decor. Somethings could be upgraded, but overall it is a secure and peaceful resort.

Construction tion was going on for some remodeling, but staff we above and beyond to accommodate and make sure no one was I convenience. Can't wait to see the full remodel and additions that are happening next year.

I like that it had beautiful rooms with options to have a kitchen to make your own meals when needed. The construction wasn't great, but excited for the renovations to come. Wish the casino had been back open too.

Property is a little run down. No help for the bar, restaurant. A little put out that no water provided and never had hot or even warm water for showers,

I loved the relaxed atmosphere. Food could be better

Rustic but comfortable accommodations that offered a great view of the water and reef. Lovely staff!

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is really nice and friendly, the only 2 things I would recommend are: 1. The wifi often comes and goes when you’re in your room. 2. There’s no way you can communicate with front desk unless you walk all the way towards it, and some of the villas are not that close.

The thing that was bad is no where but one place to go in the ocean. No beach entry anywhere at any hotel. That is what people go for.
