Stay Express Inn & Suites Demopolis

I did not care for the room at all. It needs to be updated and painted. The furniture in the room was old.

I want a full refund. I booked through expedia for a 2 bed double bed room for 4 people. Staff was rude, rooms were dirty, ac did not work. We did not stay. In fact we were there for maybe an hour then went and got another hotel. I would like a full refund asap

I was ok could have been better. The refrigerator didn't work the shower was brok, but the water was wonderful very hot that was a plus for me..

It´s the worst hotel in Demopolis, it´s very dirty, the restroom has lot of bad smells, the towels are old, the bed it´s not clean, frigorade is dirty also. On general all stufs are dirty and unpleasant. Also, the person in charge is so unpleasant, impolite and rude.

Clerk told me I was stupid for staying there. Most things in the room were broken or disgustingly filthy. Scarey experience with a group of men hanging around outside all night. Was up all night checking our car to see if it was broken into.

The lights in the bathroom didn't work The tub hot water handle was broke The clerk wasn't at station Had to wait an hour to check in. Asked for extra towels was denied I

This property is overpriced even at the lower travel site price. It's in a bad state of disrepair and lacks general cleanliness. The beds are dirty and look like they've been salvaged from the garbage. Holes in the walls in some rooms and peeling paint in both the rooms I stayed. I had to ask for another room because drywall was falling off the wall in the first. The second room had stopped up sink and tub, bed frame was broken as well as box spring. Mirrors were filthy as we're the mini fridge and microwave. I would not recommend anyone staying here unless they had absolutely no other choice.

Quiet and good value , will use this hotel again when.traveling thru town

The heat didn’t work. No water from vanity sink. The people in the office were very nice and helpful.

I liked the location. The price charged was far in excess of what is a $50 per night property.
