Misleading description of property as resort like. Restaurant closed under renovation. Small café, very limited. Multiple children parties at pools.

All of the villa staff, from security guards, maintenance staff, receptionists, to concierge services, were all exceptional and extremely helpful. Loved separate pool areas. Liked the Sheraton's hot chocolate hour in the lobby. It was a nice touch. Liked the bar-b-que grills, workout room, and beautiful landscaping.

Definitely DID NOT LIKE paying $30.00 per night to park plus breakfast was not included. These extras add up. Next time, I will probably go elsewhere and use the $$$ to stay an extra night, stay at a hotel that includes breakfast, or simply save the $$$. The villa property was wonderful and a nice experience. I knew the additional costs before staying, but I will likely not stay there again.

Location

There were no elevators! There was no advance warning that senior citizens would have to walk far and up many stairs to their rooms! Terrible! Also, the thermostat was not explained and we froze! And, on Booking,com it said breakfast was included. It was not stated that you had to pay for your breakfast! We will NOT go there again and may NOT use Booking.com again.

Wonderful place. Excellent staff. Tiny room for tiny people- opinion under 130 lbs max. Nice place but very restrictive.

The location of the resort is within 5-10 minutes of many hikes and wonderful restaurants that we enjoyed. The pool and hot tub are very enjoyable. Everyone is friendly and helpful! We were on a first floor unit this year and could hear the people above us. Unfortunately we didn’t utilize our balcony since it overlooked the parking lot. The room itself is very nice and includes everything you need. We will be back.
