"Great base camp!"

Good location, great facilities, friendly staff, well kept and very clean villas. BBQ areas in great conditions. We did not use other facilities because we were hiking most of the time.

"We will not stay there again because of no elevators!"

The staff was great!

There were no elevators and we had to carry our luggage up many stairs!!! My husband uses a cane and it was very difficult without an elevator. It should be made clear when you book a room that there are no elevators! Also, it should be made clear there is no complimentary breakfast! We have never been at a place where they charge for breakfast! Unacceptable!

"Excellent and well updated, immaculate property in great location for tours and travel."

The Sheraton Desert Oasis was lovely - immaculate - extremely well maintained and modern - peaceful and quiet - we loved the VERY WELL heated pool here in December! Great pool/patio grille - yummy food and drinks by the pool. Our unit was super nice - awesome spa/soaker tub! Very nice king bed with private adjoining covered/secluded patio immediately off the bedroom. Wonderful location too, for all our scheduled tours and meetings with friends who live here. Full kitchen and living room with sleeper sofa. Cozy private bedroom. We used the safe in our closet and appreciated that. Very nice, polite and helpful staff - no pressure to attend any sales presentations! One of the best RCI exchanges we have ever had and we are 30 year members!

"Truly a Desert Oasis"

The Sheraton Desert Oasis is truly a Desert Oasis. Our second floor unit looked out over the pool and the hot tub. The staff was incredible, friendly and helpful. Everything we needed we got with a smile. The morning workout in the pool was invigorating and actually enjoyable. Kenneth did a fabulous job, keeping us moving.

"November in Scottsdale"

Resort is just fine though limited in terms of outdoor areas, essentially to the pool area. The smaller (quiet pool) was closed the entire week of our stay so the main pool area was pretty crowded. Location of resort was convenient to freeway access and retail stores as long as you have our own vehicle.

"A little getaway!"

The villas were exceptionally clean and offered plenty of space to relax and hang out. The pool area was peaceful, and both the pool and hot tub were perfect. The hotel’s location is excellent—close to great shopping and plenty of restaurants.
