Paid for a family room with Air conditioning but that wasnt offered. Terrible

Waited 25mins for food, steak and ale pie only to find it luke warn droppped rhe gravey in to warm it up. Didnt want tomwait any longer for food or have the heart to tell the stadf how bad it was... Wont.be staying at the Ramada again that for sure....

We stayed for two nights, window sills in the corridors were covered in dust. It was grubby, the room was smelly. The room wasn’t serviced, the full bin was not emptied - very disappointing! Will not be using Ramada in the future!!

The room had no air con and was boiling You even had to pay for parking to stay there .. it felt very average

This hotel is very basic you would get better rooms at travelodge and the rooms could do with a refurbish. The executive rooms are also very sparse and basic

Good stay no complaints and did exactly what we wanted from the stay

Excellent service, nice rooms. Only gripe is Starbucks. Only coffee in the area. Lousy coffee, Lousy brand and the most expensive I've ever had
