Been staying here on & off over the last few years. Gets better every time

I do not typically write a review, but I wanted to extend a heartfelt thank you to Lynette, a hostess at this hotel. She went above and beyond her job to make sure that I was taken care. Cleanliness friendly staff nice rooms

Was warmly greeted and megan was very helpful. Property was very nice and updated. Rooms are very well maintained and cleaning staff did an excellent job. Will easily come back.

Close to location I needed to be.

Took an hour for us to get linens for our sofa bed which was very uncomfortable and hard to sleep in.

I am beyond frustrated with my experience at this hotel. I was charged for both Friday and Saturday night when I only stayed on Saturday. Trying to resolve the issue was a headache in itself — the staff was dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly rude. Instead of taking ownership of what was clearly a billing mistake, they acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking for it to be corrected. On top of that, the breakfast is wildly overpriced. When I was growing up cold eggs and cereal was included. For the cost, you’d expect something high quality or at least included as a courtesy — not a mediocre spread that feels like an afterthought. Between the billing issues, poor customer service, and overpriced food, this was an incredibly disappointing stay. I strongly recommend double-checking your bill and before you get swindled too. I would rather eat glass then stay at ANY Holiday Inn, Stay bridge, Candlewood Suits, or any other IHG brand again.

I stayed here for a nearby seminar. It made sense to travel back and forth without having to deal with traffic in the city. The day was considerably less stressful because everything was close by.
