So it was meant to be for husband-and-wife they gave us two single beds pushed together with two single duvets the room was all musty and stunk! the hot tap you run for 30 seconds and it burns you the heating you could not turn it off it was way too hot even with the window wide open all night long and you could hear people snoring through the walls and when people went to the toilet you could hear it needs a Major renovation and clean

Worst hotel I’ve ever stopped in. No kettle. No tv. No towels. Filthy

My duvet had no covers, I went to reception to ask for bed covers I was told someone will come. Nobody came so I went out to buy bedding I wasn’t about to sleep without bed covers on stained duvet. The tv was broken, considering the fact that I had booked a family room with kids for 3 nights it was only fair to make sure there was working tv for children. Windows were not working, the room was always stuffed. When we got in we had 1/4 of toilet roll and bathrooms not so clean. This has been the worst experience ever. The name fooled me, the pictures online must have been from way back when the hotel was better. Now it’s just tired and needs a lot of work. A few times during the night people kept trying to unlock our room it was scary for me and the kids, I feel they need security on Fridays and Saturdays since the hotel is in town centre and people usually book after having a drink. They will probably need assistance to make sure they do not continue to make noise for the rest of the guests and are escorted to their rooms.

No bodies has mentioned that their is no central heating is not working condition. They put small electric heater, it’s lead to headache. As asthma patient it wasn’t suit me. If there were mention central heating is not working I wouldn’t book it. I spoke to the lady through phone she has to contact to Manager to get full refund, I have send e mail and waiting to hear otherwise alternative action has to take get my Money back.

Didn’t get the room I asked for, sodden pile of dirty towels in the bath, it is not great but it’s cheap
