Ocean High by Capital Vacations

Really liked the place, was in a great location and was nice that it had all amenities included. Would recommend if people are looking for condo rental. Definitely considering rebooking again in the future.

So the price was great and in their defense, I never made my complaints known. I didn’t want to waste vacay time on dealing with complaints. But our house was full of ants. We left a box of donuts on counter next day the whole thing was full of ants. The master bed was in an open room upstairs. The master should have been downstairs where there was more privacy for the adults. Jacuzzi was in an awkward area very hard to reach faucets, we didn’t use it. Very dated. We made the best of it but would probably not come back. Would be nice to have a common lounge area where groups traveling together could hang. If you are looking for something economical, and don’t really care about modem looks, this works. Also if you have bad knees this is NOT the place for you. One bathroom downstairs and one up, Lots of stairs. We had no face to face contact as there wasn’t a lobby just a little unwelcoming hut. But if you prefer that, it may work for you. Besides the ants it was very clean and had everything you needed in the kitchen.

Had a great time at ocean high … everything the hotel describes is accurate ,3 floor so it had enough space for my family of five. We had a balcony overlooking the bay and sunset. We def used the washer and dryer that was provided ,only weird thing was the downstairs bathroom hot tub was kind of weird to get it but other then that we had a great experience will be back for certain

Cable did not work. Shower was old and falling apart. Carpets need to be changed-old and dirty. People at the front desk were great though and location was mice. I’m sure this is not the first review that mentions these issues. I think these timeshares all suffer from the same thing-zero updating because no one really owns them.

Arrived around 430pm and the place was ready. Had a old smell when you walked in, away after using spraying freshener and plug-in. Bedrooms were comfortable and the view overlooking the bay was great. Enjoyed the beach and entertainment nearby. Great getaway weekend, I would stay there again .

The house is great : close to the beach, and enough space for 8 people. I wish we had got more timely response from the property manager about what would be provided and what we should have brought there.
