The location was great close to everything. Nice pool, basketball court, and play area. The place was very clean but a bit little older. Air conditioner sucked the 1st floor was very cold while the third floor was hot. No privacy in the upstairs master bedroom. There was an opening in the third floor master bedroom to the second floor living room and dining area.
The condo was in need of attention. I don’t mind an older condo as long as it is clean. This one was not clean. Also, pictures on website show looking out on an inlet and description states private balcony. We were put in unit with balcony overlooking roof of office. We asked about changing units. We were told “sorry” and pics used are stock photos. One of the main reasons we booked the unit was to look out on the water. It was misleading and we will never stay there again. The only reason i gave It two stars is because ocean city is a great place to visit.
The first few days were nice and relaxing. Having the dock outback made any small issues with the house ok. I didn't like that the main bedroom had no privacy because it was open to the livingroom. 2 days in to the vacation a group of about 30 teenagers started staying about 4 condos down from us. That ended our happy vaca since they were drunk and screaming all the time. They even tried to come and fight us because our 13 and 14 year old daughters that were with us wouldn't respond to them when they were calling to them. At that point we could no longer allow the girls out in the dock when we weren't with them.
Close to parks, fast food, and a few bars. The condo was spacious, clean, and has a nice kitchen for cooking if you don't want to eat out everyday. The only issue I had was that the main bedroom, which was on the top floor had no door and was open to the vaulted living room ceiling. This wasn't the best for privacy, or quiet if you just don't want to hear the living room tv. The opening was also cut low enough for me to feel like it was a safety hazard. So, I would inquire about the unit layout when booking. Also, parking is probably pretty tight during peak season. Overall, though, great place, neat, clean, and good location. I would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay with a lot of people! Three floors- bedroom on first floor, living room and kitchen on second floor and master bedroom on third floor- full great kitchen- can sleep at least 6
We had 2 of 2 bedrooms units for son's family and daughter's family. Was good because 3 yr and 5 yr old girls walked over between 2 units. Close to beach,boardwalk and amusement parks....very convenient. We all liked the location but the beds. Beds were too soft and the floor was squeaky. Some of us slept on floor. The main bedroom is on loft, open to living area. No privacy. The 2nd bedroom is on basement with 2 twins beds.
Needs updating but very clean. Check in time really late at 6pm
