Place was in a good location and clean. It was comfortable for our family. What we were disappointed with was that the pictures shown of the unit on the website was deceptive. Unit is not canal front and main bedroom had no door. Additionally, it was a loft bedroom over looking living room, less privacy. Therefore anything happening in living room area can be seen and heard. Light outside on deck was not working.

The 1 twin bed smelled like pee, so 1 adult slept on the sofa upstairs, the carpet is very old, there are dents in the wood like flooring, the shower door fell off the first night and no one came to repair it, the plastic seat on the balcony was broken, you could barely get the key in the lock to open the door, most days the door to the pool or bball court wouldn't open and 1 day when it would (the pool), all you could smell was the bathroom

The property is at a great location, it was clean and the staff were very friendly. There were 6 of us and we all had our own space which was great. The two things that I wish were different are the set up and I wish they had an outside pool. The room with the two twin beds were located on the 1st floor and the room with the queen bed is located on the 3rd floor. So my two children had to stay on the 1st floor by themselves. I went down in the middle of the night to check on them to make sure everything was ok, but if something were to happen I would not hear it on the 3rd floor. Other than that we really enjoyed the property.

Condo was roomy and comfortable. It is 3 stories so ac is perfect on mid level, cold on lower level, and top level is warmer but has a ceiling fan to help with temp comfort. Good location to many activities.

I enjoyed the view and peacefully environment. 1 bathroom did not have working shower and the place was a bit outdated.

We had a great time, the house was amazing, we really enjoyed every part of the house. All of us loved the sauna. The beds were very comfortable.

I like the condo it self. I was dissatisfied with the pool, and the staff, and the checkout time they told me when I booked it

My daughter loved the huge tub. Place was clean. The neighborhood was nice. No water view from our room so the pictures were a little deceiving. Only the 3 bedrooms are on the water. Kitchen was well stocked. The main bed was a bit uncomfortable. Overall we had a good stay.

First the property I picked out on your website showed water front which was not . I contacted your office already on this matter Friday the 21st. Later that Friday night found out both tv in both bedrooms did not work. I spoke to Tommy at the office who said the maintenance man would come look. He did and said both cables to the tvs had been stolen or took.So he had to go get new cables and call the cable company. The bathroom down stairs shower glass doors where off track or broke so it was very hard to open the door to get in and out. Found this out when my daughter could not open the door to get out. the bathroom down stairs was so small it was ridiculously and had a bad oder. The whole place was very outdated. Upstairs lights in bedroom did not work either. I would never stay there again.
