"a hotel with view"

The location is convenient,hotel facing mountain, back to a lovely pond and a trail you can wander around.The stuff is nice,the cleanliness of the lift and in the breakfast room can be improved, also the selection of the food.

My room was fairly clean. Hair in shower, but the worst was the chewing tobacco pouch stick to my wall. So Gross!!! Computers were down! Water machines weren't working. Out of bottled water. Literally the WORST stay I have ever had!

"You can do much better"

What a clown show. Stayed one night and they double charged me. Calling the hotel is useless, they don't answer the phone. When I e-mailed the general manager with all the back-up info, no response. Beyond that, when checking in, there were bed linens all over the hallway. I figured they were just in the middle of changing linens. Well, when I checked out the following morning, they were still all over the hallway. As I was walking to the parking garage, there was a garbage can tipped over with garbage all over the underground parking area. When I went back in to let someone know, there wasn't' a sole in sight. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay.

"Snake River Sojourn"

The Hyatt Place in Dillon is nestled between condos just outside Keystone and not far from Breckenridge. It is beautifully maintained and has a friendly staff. It was perfect for our trip to the mountains. I would definitely stay again.

"Marginal Experience"

The place is average at best. Surly front desk staff and housekeeping staff that are oblivious to your presence and will run you down with carts and equipment; it happened more than once. Benefit - the room was clean. BFast - marginal, coffee is really, really bad.

"wouldn't stay here again"

The gal at check-in didn't seem to know what she was doing. Long line, took forever and I had to come back down to the lobby to get my room key card rekeyed because it didn't open the door. Had to do this each day. Maybe other rooms are better but the shower floor could use a good cleaning.
