No breakfast as advertised. Bring filtered water. Local water terrible for coffee making in room Dilapidated sofa-bed, didn't want to sit, let alone sleep on it. Bathroom needed cleaning behind toilet. Lacks hot tub

"Look elsewhere."

Bed: Like a rock. Pillow: Flat and uncomfortable. Noise: All of it. Reservation: Wrong. Resolution: None. Breakfast: Bad. We booked a deluxe ocean view room, and didn't get it. What was the recourse? Nothing. Just blamed us for not reserving directly through them. Who on Earth books directly through a hotel in this day and age?? And the noise! We could hear everything. Noise kept us up late and woke us early. The perfect combo. And breakfast? Some Nature Valley granola bars, instant oatmeal, some cake, and coffee. Not exactly the breakfast of champions. Cannot disapprove enough.
