Love the location next to Moonstone Beach.

The staff didn’t inform me that daily housekeeping had to be requested.

It was close to the beach and close to great places to eat. The room was clean with a generous amount of towels. There was a microwave and a good size refrigerator. The check-in staff was wonderful. The room had coffee pot and coffee packs, however it had no creamer or sugar to go with it.

There was no coffee and creamer to go with the coffee they offer. The water bottles available were five dollars for each so we opted not to use them. The room we stayed in was subject to hearing every shower, every toilet flush, and every sink that turned on. We don’t know if it was the room next to us or the whole upper level, but it sounded like the pipes were draining right next to our room because we heard it all night long. The front desk was not available after 7 o’clock, so we tried to call for some assistance and because they were not open we didn’t get anybody. There was a number we could text for front office help. We texted that number and did not get a reply until the next day when we were already home. When we checked out a day early because of the water noise, the office staff asked us why; we explained the situation and she said that we would not be refunded for the day that we’re leaving early because we booked through a third-party. I found that kind of rude because she should’ve offered us a different room, considering the inconveniences that we were experiencing. We were already set to go home anyway, and we wouldn’t have stayed, but I feel that she did not do her job to the best of her ability.

It is located on Moonstone Beach. View from room. The room had a nice floor plan.

We had an ocean view room that had dirty sliding doors and windows to the view. The room had dusty lamp shades, floors were dirty in parts, furniture tops were clean but otherwise dusty underneath. Walls were spotted and could have been easily cleaned. Rusty, dirty lamp fixture in bathroom. Picture glass not cleaned. I asked to have the windows cleaned and no one came to do it. I was told they would. I ended up cleaning the sliding door glass and dusting the room.

Nice hotel well placed near the ocean. Room was nice and comfortable Possible to sleep with waves sound and fireplace was a good surprise.

Breakfast isn't a Breakfast. Have your own plan to start the day (there is a fridge).

Very easy to get to, map was easy to understand, parking was very accessible.

That I had to leave!

The room was perfect and the view was amazing.

That i wasn't able to stay longer.

It was a wonderful location

They didn’t have the rooms cleaned, you had to ask and also drawers in dressers hadn’t been cleaned. We ran out of conditioner in refillable container in shower and had to go get our coffee packets each day. The price on the room was quite high for this.
