Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Lubbock, TX

If there was an option for "0 stars " this hotel would be it. Arrived Friday night and checked in around 9pm. About an hour later while we were settling in, (mind you we were traveling with 4 children under the age of 10, 3 being the youngest), we noticed that the AC wasn't working, we didnt have a refrigerator and the room was falling apart. The overnight person was extremely useless in the sense of trying to re situate us and made it clear we were much of a burden. Horrible experience. We didnt go to bed until almost 4 am trying to get situated. Waited for management the morning after, and no manager ever showed up to their shift. Very unprofessional. Hot tub wasn't working and the pool needs cleaning

The hotel looked nothing like the photos. The pool was murky and the hot tub didn’t work. The drywall in the pool area was in very bad disrepair. The ice machines did not work. The room was dirty and had greasy handprints on the wall. The shower was gross and the shower curtain was ripped. There were no towels in the room at all. The bedding was very thin and I froze all night. There was a drug deal happening in the front parking lot. I would not recommend this hotel and I won’t ever stay there again. We were very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Room was dirty trash inder sofa bed. The sheets were nasty as if they had not been wash! Horrible experience a waste of money.

1. Smoke detector was covered 2. Both beds linens were dirty 3. Shower curtain was dirty 4. Microwave was burnt 5. Freezer had leftover frozen meal and big stains and another room smelled highly of weed and one room found a bed

Hello,  First I would like to state that, usually when people need a hotel it’s for the sole purpose of finding a “home away from home” type feeling. Staying at the country inn and suites by radisson located at 5806 interstate 27, Lubbock Tx, 79404 we did NOT get that feeling, it was actually the complete opposite. When we first arrived, my 6 year old stepped in a spilt beer in the elevator, sure we could let that go but moving forward when entering the room the first thing we noticed was the broken tile that was in the walk way, we let that go as well, but what I will not let go is the shape the bathroom was in. There were ZERO towels, ZERO handsoap, broken tiles all throughout the bathroom floor (that my 6 year old hurt her foot on), broken light fixture and a broken shower head. The shape the room was in period was unacceptable and I can comfortably say I will never stay here again. Do better. The minimum, I would like a full refund for simply being completely dissatisfied with my stay with yall  and the fact that my child was hurt in the process. I shouldn’t have had to check out early, pack all my things up first thing in the morning, and  find somewhere to stay mid weekend because of the shape of yalls facility’s. Period.  Regards,

There were no towels or wash clothes in our bathroom!! Pillows were the tiny throw pillows & the bed was hard ass rock!

The room was dirty there was no hot water

It was okay. Good location but the tub needed to be caulked because it was in bad shape for

Fish tank need clean water 😬. it looked yellow
