The Signature Level at Grand Palladium Sicilia Resort & Spa

Rite when we sat down at the Lobby Bar at Grand Palladium Sicilia, veronicas hospitality and professionalism was top notch. Veronica made our experience unforgettable. She's not only very friendly and warm, but also very attentive and fast, even if the bar was super busy Veronica remembered our drinks from the first time. Her cheerful demeanor, sense of humor, and genuine interest in everyone offered a personal touch that left us feel like family It's staff members like Veronica that make a visit go from good to outstanding. She's an outstanding employee of the resort, and we looked forward to seeing her each day Thank you, Veronica, for making our vacation so wonderful! We can't wait to return!

We recently stayed at Grand Palladium Sicilia in the Signature Level area, and it truly elevated our experience. The dedicated pool and a la carte breakfast added a more exclusive and peaceful atmosphere. The resort is beautiful, but the standout feature was the exceptional staff throughout the resort. Special mentions to: Francesco Vitrani – genuinely warm, helpful, and professional. Going above and beyond everytime. Also Pietro chatty and helpful Elena – consistently pleasant, attentive, and professional morning, noon, and night. Valentina in guest services – such a lovely lady who supported us throughout our stay with travel plans and restaurant bookings. Our room overlooked the Signature Level pool and was modern, clean, and comfortable and close to breakfast restaurant. Food was excellent — a solid 5 stars. The SL all-inclusive offering included premium drinks, which was a great touch. The wine by the glass was average, but still enjoyable. The private beach was peaceful with good loungers, a refreshing costal breeze — though it's pebbly, so beach shoes are highly recommended. A few minor negatives: There’s a bit of upselling with wine and extras at meals — polite but persistent. No adults-only pool or areas, which would be a great addition. Overall: A relaxing, enjoyable holiday with fantastic food, beautiful views, and amazing staff. The Signature Level is definitely worth the upgrade.

Nice very clean all inclusive hotel. Very good beds. Reservations for the speciality restaurants is difficult to make.

We are a family of six (two adults and four children ages 13, 11, 9 & 6). We stayed in Grand Palladio for 9 nights. We really enjoyed our stay in Grand Palladio Resort & Spa, Sicily. The staff were friendly and the resort itself is very well kept. It is spotless. Rooms are a good size and airy. It was one of the few places that provides interconnecting rooms which serves a large family very well. The food in each restaurant was delicious, the Portafino being our favourite. The standard of food overall is very good. The staff throughout the resort are friendly and welcoming. In particular, the restaurant supervisor Roberto Sarlo, gave us a warm welcome wherever we went. We encountered him in almost every restaurant we ate in throughout the resort! He gave us a special welcome each time and made us feel extremely welcome. Angelo and Angelo were also excellent waiters. We had a wonderful family dinner in the sunset restaurant which is situated overlooking the sea. It was expensive but a special experience for us as a family. We really enjoyed our family holiday here.

It was regrettable that the resort management allowed visible vaping in all the restaurants with children and adults eating their food and smoking wafting about nor were there prohibitive signs to advise residents not to smoke 🚬 or vape in the restaurants upon entry which's is unusual -and infers that smoking and vaping is acceptable policy of the hotel management at this resort , nor did the staff take any steps to stop the vaping in the restaurants which was surprising on health and safety for hygiene to those eating and children

this is not a 5* hotel. Staff rude, food quality, variety very poor and luck warm. No access to all restaurants as all fully booked. Poolside small for signature level and not enough sun beds. Got up early on our holiday everyday to put a towel out. Told hotel management but nothing done about this. Staff didnt read of listen as wrong drinks arrived consistently. Facilities on site poor. Towels stained and poor quality. No snacks available at the poolside such as sandwiches. Had to go to the otherside of the resort to find food for lunch. co food available aftr breakftas until after 3pm in the signature areas.
