The Signature Level at Grand Palladium Sicilia Resort & Spa

Lovely, lovely,lovely dream place if you are in Italy the hotel is true 5stars and for excursions every places are near Cefalù , Palermo, etna . . . . And about service in hotel is perfect start for animation because they keep you busy all day by sports and fitness activities and Zidane the best teacher of dance and about food and drink you will try new things everyday, my holiday was top thanks

We had a lovely relaxing stay and would definitely recommend. Giovanni in signature bar and Nicolo in breakfast restaurant were excellent. Very charming.

Serenity. Staff could not have been nicer! Pools and beach were very relaxing! Comfortable chairs and easy access to bar. SL pool with drin kand sushi service. Signature level restaurants were delicious and great service! Signature level breakfast was the perfect way to start the day! Rooms were very clean and spacious.

We stayed as Signature guests, in a pool view room, which was lovely - exclusive pool, breakfast and bar, as well as access to the other areas. The food was lovely with plenty of choice. The hotel grounds are very well maintained and generally clean. All of the staff were happy and welcoming. The evening entertainment was quite poor and the beach was very pebbley, but these were the only negatives from what is a lovely hotel. I would definitely recommend staying there

Let’s say I found what I expected, classic 5-star service, private pool, dedicated area near the sea, perfect morning breakfast, my wife and I enjoyed this holiday after 2 years of continuous work, friendly and helpful staff, a special mention to the entertainment team, Dali and Zidan, Jawher, Arifet, Francesco.... thanks for beautiful shows, we chose not to participate in the activities and the entertainers are very engaging and never intrusive ... Thank you all, see you soon

Just back from a 1 week trip to the grand Palidium Sicily. A great Hotel with fantastic staff, always happy to provide great service and care for our family. We travlled with an infant and found the hotel to be extremely accomadating & helpful. Would definitely reccomend the Signature Level accommodation, worth the upgrade!

Extra delicious sushi and very thoughtful personnel who notified also allergies extremely well. They made our last evening memorable!

Roberto and Luigi served us at Chang Thai. They were fabulous. Attentive, helpful and extremely pleasant. It was a lovely evening made better by them.

Would have liked better notification of the days the restaurants closed

Poor location. Waited 2 and a half hours for our room to be available. Food was lukewarm. restaurant was noisy, overcrowded,only 1 drink offered. Had to queue to get in. Only able to book 1 meal at 1 themed restaurant during the whole week.no waiter service around pool area. Unlike other 5* we have stayed in.
