The Signature Level at Grand Palladium Sicilia Resort & Spa

We were looking for a relaxing holiday and that is exactly what we got plus more. Worth paying for the Signiture level as the drinks were fantastic. The food in all the restaurants was the best we have had in an all-inclusive, it was nice that there were lots of restaurants to chose from. We went to Cefalu on the coach one morning which was great. All the staff were amazing, the service was fantastic, special mention to Khalil and Hanin H who went above and beyond to make our holiday experience extra special and Giovanni Leone who made great cocktails in the evening for us. We went for 11 nights but would also be a great hotel for a shorter visit.

Really enjoyable stay. The rooms were very clean and well presented, The food was always fresh and there was a good selection for all our party. The staff were very helpful and went the extra mile for you. Khalil on reception was especially kind and resourceful.

The staff at the hotel was fantastic. Special shout out to Daniella at the Signature reception, Caterina at guest services, Giovanni Allegro in the restaurants and Dario, Alessia and Elissa at the Zentopia spa.

Great location , great service and cleanliness and huge thanks to the guys of the kids club, Gabriele, Marta, Arifet and Ottavina who had been taking really good care of our daughter giving her a great holiday experience:) we will definitely recommend their service to our friends

Mixed Experience – Some Great Highlights, But Not Quite 5-Star We recently stayed here for a special birthday trip, and there’s a lot to share—both positives and areas for improvement. Location & Arrival: The nearest airport is Palermo (Falcone-Borsellino, PMO), about an hour away by taxi. Taxis are easy to find and regulated—just make sure to use a genuine one. The hotel itself is quite remote, with little within walking distance. There’s a bus service a few times a week to a small nearby town (Contrada Pistavecchia Beach), which is touristy but nice for a short visit. Check-In & Room: There was a bit of confusion when we arrived as our room wasn’t ready, but we made the best of it with lunch. The resort is large and takes a while to navigate. We stayed in the Signature Level section, which is slightly detached and has its own pool. The room was okay—not amazing—but with a lovely view of the pool and beach. However, the included “daily drinks” were limited to beer and water, which felt underwhelming, especially since I don’t drink beer. Dining: Be sure to book restaurants as soon as you arrive—buffet dining isn’t for everyone, and we found the queues off-putting. Favorites: Chang Thai for dinner—delicious food and great atmosphere. Sicana (beach restaurant for Signature guests) for lunch—lovely menu, relaxed service, and no queuing. Signature Breakfast—a real highlight. The waffles, eggs royale, and attentive service were outstanding. Least Favorite: El Dorado—the steak was inedible, and the staff member in a black suit was rude and dismissive. A return visit was better (the ribs were great), but the first experience left a bad taste. Service & Staff: Most of the staff were friendly and helpful—special thanks to the incredible barman in the lounge and to Catrina from Guest Services. Their warmth really made a difference. Unfortunately, that one rude restaurant staff member did dampen the experience a bit. Extras: We splurged on a Bali Bed for the day (No.1 is best!) and despite some initial confusion about what was included, it ended up being a wonderful treat—quiet, private, and well-serviced. Drinks and food (even lobster!) are deducted from the price, and you can order everything from your lounger. Highly recommended. I also had a spa treatment—great massage and no sales pitch, which was refreshing. Final Thoughts: Overall, the resort has some real highlights—especially Signature-level dining and the Bali Bed experience—but a few elements keep it from being true 5-star. If you’ve stayed at places like Ikos, this won’t quite compare, but there’s still plenty to enjoy. We probably wouldn’t return to this specific hotel, but we’d consider others in the chain. Bonus: The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable—another highlight! Enjoy your trip & I hope this has helped!

The sunset boulevard dinner at Portofino restaurant features the same menu as the restaurant but the view is awesome. We are especially grateful for the best service experience provided by Angelo C. A truly devoted professional and a really nice man. Grazie mille Angelo

Great and friendly service, I think the hotel and its staff is well organized. We loved our stay at the signature level.

Bra service och organisation, bra mat med olika möjligheter i olika tema restauranger. Vi bodde på signature level och fick där bla tillgång till ”egen” pool och frukost restaurang med mindre folk och lite lugnare tempo ! Lite stenig havsstrand, men det är det ju på de flesta ställen på Sicilien!

Simply a lovely holiday. Signature level worth the extra. Make sure you book early for the Chang Thia and Eldorado, these restaurants worth paying extra for the top dishes, the included items are delicious.
