Lotus Pang Suan Kaew Hotel

The hotel was really cool and spacious... but you have to walk 15 minutes to find anything. The power outlets were a weird type that my universal converter wouldn't work with and they didn't have an adapter for me to use. The beds were quite hard (for an American) and the toilets didn't have a spray gun and they always moved the trashcan away so you can't use it for toilet paper even though Thailand doesn't allow flushing toilet paper. The internet kicks you out 5 or 6 times a day and doesn't remember the password so you have to enter it manually every day on every device.

This hotel is large and comfortable. It's a real bargain for the price. Service was excellent.

Last minute nearby hotel available due to missed flight. It’s not very suitable with young kid. The mattress is very dirty and caused rash on my 2 year old son face.the atmosphere also give a very eccentric feel. However, the staff make it very welcoming and approachable

This place shouldn’t even be open. No working phone or wifi in your room. Closed main restaurant. Only serving breakfast in the restaurant . I eat dinner in there lobby. They only had some lights on in the building. I could barely find the key hole to enter my room. The mall next to it is completely closed and vacant. Poor location. No electric outlet near my bed for my cpap machine. This place is completely outdated.. I checked out early.

Hall way no air conditioning.

The property is a bit dated but they’re working hard to keep it well maintained. The rooms are large. The decor isn’t very modern. The beds are decent but a bit on the hard side. The location is a bit hidden. We only went by car and taxi drivers struggled to find the right driveways.

I have stayed here many and still has good reliable and friendly service. The property is also well maintained with an excellent location for shopping, dining, and entertainment within easy walking distance.

It not recommended for anyone who like standard hotel because this hotel has not a quality for anything but the good one of this hotel is nearby Central Outlet and heart of city, can walk to Nimman and night market.

I love their breakfast buffet wide variety with great services.
