The beauty, exceptional pool, and restaurant! Everything was wonderful!

It was a nice stay there , easy access to everything , it like the hotel is in the middle of the city.. the staff was friendly , the room was nice and clean .. I would recommend

This property was suitable for the price I paid for. However, the staff (in general) was a little bit slow when I asked to help to take luggages down while I wanted to check out. At the end, I took all luggages down to the lobby myself. Also, need to improve for the taste of breakfast. Overall, excepted what I have mentioned, are good.

Hotel was clean and good breakfast. Although they have two separate breakfasts, one for the Asian/local crowd and one for western crowd. Also thought it was close to the night market but it’s too far to walk you need a taxi to get to the night market area

The location was ideal and room spacious and beautiful decor. Breakfast had good choice and quality of food. Only negative was WiFi could be better

Bien que de type assez ancien, le Lotus reste très confortable, et la chambre spacieuse, accueillante et agréable à vivre avec son balcon intérieur, qui donnera soit sur la piscine soit sur le coté entrée avec vue sur montagne et ville. Petit inconvénient l'employé chargé de réguler les véhicules à l'entrée, abuse un peu trop de son sifflet, ce qui est assez gènant dés 8h le matin, même si vous êtes à un étage élevé. Pas mal de bruit de canalisation, l'isolation phonique entre chambres est un peu faible. Pour ce qui est du reste le restaurant avec la formule buffet midi et soir est intéressante, et a un prix attractif. Le personnel comme il se doit en Thailande est courtois et souriant. Notre séjour s'est prolongé trois fois (17 jours) par réservation en ligne, le tout sans problème et en conservant à chaque fois la même chambre. Avantage de la proximité immédiate d'une galerie marchande, avec comme de bien entendu la possibilité de se restaurer pour peu cher, de toutes les spécialités Thai ou japonaises, et en étages de toute une variété de boutiques, ainsi que d'un super marché. Enfin le wifi est disponible en chambre et dans l'hôtel ou à la piscine mais sous des identifiants différents ce qui est un peu compliqué à gérer. La piscine en extérieur est très agréable et grande, les serviettes sont fournies, et il y a un petit bar.

Very unique hotel, it is huge! Very cool place to stay, the decor is quite old but it has great facilities like the pool and downstairs seating area where you can listen to live music.

The property is very old and the maintenance is lacking, the air conditioner didn’t work properly in the room. The only good thing was the breakfast and the friendly staff. The location is good , close to a shopping center.

Very dated property. Looks like nil money is invested in upkeep and maintenance. Should be a 3 star.
