Excellent hotel area, nice and quiet, but the building is getting old。

Beautiful property, excellent service.

The hotel markets its self as 5-6 stars Yes the foyer is but the rest leaves a lot to be desired. Staff smile and in general excell , we purchased a package deal thinking we were to experience a unique experience . But sadly no We ended up with a room overlooking the carpark entrance. No spa pool , or sauna . And a couple of gym machines weren't working. I personally think one can do better elsewhere Martyn

Our stay was for a special occasion and we were very disappointed. The hotel is very dated and in need of some tlc. The staff were on the most part not very accommodating to be helpful except for Guy and Jimmy. We were not made to feel welcome and help was hard to find. The rooms were below expectations of luxury escape hotels and amenities were below par. Bathroom lighting is in dire need of updating so you can actually see. Especially for women trying to put on makeup. The evening piano playing in the foyer/lounge was way too loud - you could hardly hear each other talk.

Really impressed by the quality and level of comfort. All the staff from reception staff, to house keeping to door/lobby staff were friendly and professional. We will be back for sure!

I surprised my wife for her 65th birthday last night. We live locally and enjoyed your beautiful hotel. However I wish the receptionist who said she would send something to our room as a little treat never happened otherwise everything was perfect.

One of the worst hotels to visit , very unprofessional receptionist, rooms are given different to prices and rooms you book for , food cannot be eaten my partner had food poisoning after we ate next to the pool he had oysters that were super old and a terrible steak , mouldy fruits !! Its pretty disappointing!!! Nothing was good we had a terrible easter vacation wasted so much money and we will never return again.

We have stayed at this hotel on two previous occasions when it was the Versace. We have always loved the ambience and the attention to detail. The hotel still retains its magnificent Italian luxury vibe but it has definitely deteriorated since its change of status and name. The hotel is quite run down and there are small details that are now being ignored or overlooked. The staff were for the most part friendly, courteous and helpful.

We were able to check in early which was great, however we had booked a superior king and at check in was told it was a standard king. When I questioned this, they said a standard was a superior which sounds shady to me. Breakfast was awful.. we had to line up for over 20 mins just to be seated and never did get the coffees we ordered.

15 years when staying at the Versace hotel and in the condos you where greated with a chocolate or fruit platter and bottle of wine on your dinning room table, in both bathrooms you had small pouches of Versace aftershave and perfume , you had Versace soap , shampoo , conditioner, body wash and moisturiser and Versace towels .the room Was cleaned once a day and nightly turn down service with chocolates left on the pillows in all bedrooms. In 2025 all of the above is gone and the only item you receive is the bare minimum which is room Cleaning once a day , the class ,style And luxury of this once great hotel is gone and as a result it has become just another average neglected unmaintained hotel. when you are paying in excess of $2000 per night for a condo you expect a lot more . It does not cost the hotel much to provide all the previous items which make a huge difference and to set the standard . Fix your game managmemt you have a lot to Answer for and as result is why everyone stays at the Langham instead of the imperial hotel. Spend money to make money ! At this rate the hotel will only Be receiving negative reviews , I would Rather be able to write something positive !
