Saboga Lodge

The personal was super friendly and were always willing to help you if you needed. There’s so many places to visit around the resort. Its a lovely place to enjoy the beach withiut having anyone around.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The location allows you to reconnect with nature while allowing you to have modern-day commodities. I highly recommend Saboga Lodge to anyone wanting to stay on the island.

The staff was awesome. They made the difference. Marlene, Cesar, David and Angela were friendly, attentive and always smiling despite the chaos due to serious staff shortage.

Not enough staff to cover all the guests' needs. Place needs some maintenance. Broken tiles here and there, tilting table, water lekeage in our bathroom sink and a few other minor things.

Mi booking un era en Saboga Lodge y me enviaron Villa Noelia, otro lodge. Pedi una habitacion con 2 camas y me dejaran en una con cama doble. La reserva decia Adults only y el hotel estaba lleno de niños. No habia muchas opciones para comidas en el hotel asi que tuvimos que buscar opciones de restaurante fuera del hotel

I loved the room, nice decoration and style, they have a nice pool area as well. David was very helpful and available at all times. Even when my foot hurt in the middle of the night and he was there immediately to help. He showed the guests the village + walked with them to the Arbol tree. Bonfire every night on the beach + beautiful sunset view, quiet place.

the food. they have a great dining area, but they can definitely make more of it. Many ingredients were unfortunately not available on site and so they could not cook everything that was on the menu. The food was unfortunately not so good either, very basic and pricey for it. Also be sure to bring enough water from Panama City, as a 0.5l water bottle costs $2 there.

The attentive customer service made it special, wonderful manager and staff unlike many other places we have stayed in Panama, its always the human care that makes a stay and place special.

There was some building work going on through the day. ,as the resort improves its faculties. Realising its a natural getaway it would have been nice if they had hot water to shower. One last concern our bed base was concrete and the edges and corners sharp enough to cut my shin of my leg as I walked past the bed.

Saboga is a beautiful island. There are many beaches to visit. Is the perfect place to relax and disconnect. Villa Nohelia is comfortable, the room has a good size, had a small fridge on the room and a nice deck facing the pool.

If you arrive to the hotel by the beach there is a small hill you would have to walk up, if you are taking a cooler or big bags ask to be picked at the pier and there take a Saboga taxi to get to the hotel. The host at the hotel was not very friendly.
