The location was convenient to a coupe of main wineries. The room was big and clean.

The water pressure in the shower was poor. I was told that we'd be provided with morning bread and snacks but were not. The room had a coffee maker but no coffee mugs were provided.

Upon arriving at the property, we found the accommodations to be unclean, with visible stains on the sheets and dirt in the showers. There was no one available to greet or assist us upon arrival. Additionally, although we had booked a deluxe villa, we were instead given a single room. When I attempted to address these concerns with the staff, I was informed that no changes could be made because the villa had been rented to a family member of the owners—something that should not have affected our confirmed reservation. Furthermore, breakfast was not provided as advertised at the time of booking, and I was unable to locate or meet any staff member for assistance during our stay. I have been trying to resolve this situation through Booking for what was an extremely disappointing experience, but nothing has been resolved. It has now been approximately one week since I first reported these issues, and I have yet to receive a satisfactory response.

El sofá tenía un poco de mal olor y notable polvo, mismo caso con las sábanas o edredones. El roofgarden se encontraba sucio y con óxido la mesa. Internet vendría bien para el lugar.

La vista y la tranquilidad

El personal.no contesta, las instalaciones estan muy descuidadad. La ducja se inunda y huele a caño, se mete el agua a la sala, la chimebea esta desconectada y la television no funciona!

Nothing about this property was to my liking.

The check in process, very difficult to find. Staff was never around, and there was no hot water. Tried to communicate with staff and no response about fixing the hot water issue.

Agradable para ir con familia y disfrutar de la terraza y zona de fogata

No tuvimos agua caliente en nuestra estancia, se lo hicimos saber a la chica encargada y sólo vió nuestro mensaje y no nos respondió. Nuestro frigobar no funcionaba y tuvimos que guardar algunos alimentos en otra habitación que la administradora nos indicó. La habitación estaba llena de telarañas y pelusa, como si sólo hicieran limpieza superficial, al baño también le hacía falta una limpieza más detallada.
