There’s a smell I could t put my finger on in the halls and lobby. It wasn’t pleasant. But, my room was fine.

Nice stay!

The staff was exceptional! Kind, cheerful, helpful. Sheila checked us in. We asked about an airport shuttle and she immediately booked one for us and set up a wake up call. We left at 5am and Sheila asked Shelby (?) the night clerk (who was also wonderful! Hardworking, efficient, cheerful) to set out breakfast a little early so that we had something to eat before we left. The pillows were comfortable, as were the beds. There were ample towels for the 4 of us and they were soft. The room was clean. Breakfast was great and they had cookies on check in.

Really loved all of it actually.

Breakfast was good, pool great, bed, and room good. Property is older and the staff was great. I recommend staying here unless you’re a very picky person.

All the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. However, the room had a noticeable old carpet smell, and the same odor was present in the gym as well.

The breakfast was good - very clean and replenished. The location was good and the room was spacious. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

We didn't use the facilities but the pool looked like it was in a cave. It seemed expensive for the type of hotel it was.

The staff was extremely helpful and focused on everyone's stay to be positive and comfortable.

Fun room layout with the staircase and loft. Kids loved having their own space upstairs. Convenient location. Free breakfast with variety of basic options. Deep indoor pool was good for big kids and had toys available.

Placement of fridge and microwave under the stairs made it hard to access. Banged my head on the stairs once. Location of AC unit made the room stuffy/stale at times, especially the loft.

The breakfast had multiple options, especially gluten-free options. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. We only had the means to rent a car for 1 day so the shuttle to downtown Traverse was a great surprise.
