The customer service at this hotel was great, especially the afternoon team. The continental breakfast was always fresh and hot. It made for a great weekend getaway.

Decent hotel. Very friendly professional staff. Front desk and breakfast attendants were super nice. Breakfast was fresh and choices change daily. Rooms are pretty dark due to small windows. In wall AC units. Bathrooms clean. Beds are comfy. Rooms along the front (especially rooms 201-206) are noisy due to road traffic. These second story rooms actually shake when large trucks pass by. Also, because they are above the lobby, you will be awakened before 6am by the frequent door slamming between the breakfast room and the kitchen as they set up breakfast. Hotel has a large pool (with 11" deep end) but no hot tub. Plenty of parking.

It’s staff are very informative and helped us with our questions about Traverse city and its surroundings.

The staff were inordinately friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and bed was comfy. My room lost power for a while for some weird reason that had to do with shower steam, but the staff responded very quickly and resolved the problem within 30 min.
