Americas Best Value Inn Waukegan

My stay was ok. The only reason I booked this hotel was because of my puppy and distance to Naval base. Hate the carpet, hate the shower curtain, hate the breakfast. Am not sure if I would stay here in the future.

This is one of the worst hotels that I have ever stayed in. It was dirty and musty and the breakfast was a joke my last morning didn’t even have breakfast in our before than a breakfast it was just overall awful

Navy Graduation is the ONLY reason I stayed at this fleabag hotel (nothing else was available). First rooms they gave us smelled like raw sewage. 2nd set of rooms looked like a no-tell-motel (complete with what looked like spackled bullet holes!) Rust & mold in the bathrooms. No DND placards (we didn't want them in our room.) They took our towels and forgot to leave new ones both nights!!! Key cards generally took several tries to work. Other than the rooms with their individual air conditioners there was no air in the hallways or lobby areas. Very, very hot. Doors did not shut properly...I could go on, but I'd rather not relive any more...oh...they did charge me 2 different rates for the same room (we had 2 rooms)

Nice room

The room was very clean. It was very much worth the cost. Continental breakfast was not the best, but it did have a waffle maker and cereal.

It was very nice room close to six flags. We came after a Taylor swift concert and was glad to find it clean and quiet for us to rest up before our next day adventures.

I guess if I were homeless and the stay was a freebie. 1st the hotel is dirty, sticky and has a musty smell. In the rooms it's the same the towels are old and a few had stains on them which we used for the bathroom floor. Bed mattresses are in my opinion old and useless. As for breakfast do yourself a favor go out to eat. positive side Front desk and staff were nice.

Needs updating really badly.

Excellent staff and amazing service would recommend it.

Stayed here because it was close to my nephews navy graduation. The room was dirty and stink, there was no water in the toilets. The front desk accommodated us to another room that wasn't much better but at least didn't smell.
