Fairlawns Hotel and Spa

I brought a taster spa day for 2 people for my sisters birthday . I was surprised that on arrival we were escorted into a crowded small room to fill in forms not a very relaxing start , normally that is done online before the visit at other spa facilities. We were showed around and told to get changed and come to the dining room for breakfast, it was already 11am and our lunch was booked in for 12.30 ( we were not asked we were told) after explaining an hour between meals wasn’t long enough they said they were busy today but would look . They did move it to 13.15 . The changing room was very clean but tiny, I had to go to the toilet to change as the door kept opening to the corridor and people could see straight inside . The spa was clean , laid out well but extremely busy . Lots of different steam rooms ,relaxing areas and others although the pool was very cold . The food was amazing I have to say , staff were friendly and professional. Such a shame it was such a hectic start to what should have been a relaxing day .

Friendly staff, lovely cottage pie for dinner, comfy bed and good full breakfast. Set in nice quiet surroundings away from the noise of the bustling midlands.

What an amazing place to stay, relaxed spa treat with fantastic service all round

We had a one an overnight stay and used the spa facilities at the Fairlawns. My partner and I enjoyed our stay and we will be planning a return visit. The hotel, The staff and the facilities are 10/10. The staff are attentive, accommodating and polite, this made the stay pleasant. We received a complimentary upgrade and the room was nice. We had the upgraded room, with the open bath-tub which made the experience even better. It has nice grounds, a pleasant and ambient atmosphere. We enjoyed our relaxing break. Breakfast was also good. I enjoyed it.

Wow what an experience! This spa is the best kept secret in the West Midlands; state of the art, generous, clean and beautiful facilities. Thank you to the staff who are all friendly, professional and great at their job. Do yourself a favour and book a spa day at Fairlawns; you won’t regret it!

We celebrated a family birthday at Fairlawns and we all found it such a wonderful evening. My mum was made to feel well and truly special and the food was excellent as always. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

We had our wedding at Fairlawns on 08/09/2025, honestly the staff where amazing from start to finish, they did everything to help us through it all and have the best day we could have ever wished for, the room on the night was amazing and then the Spa the next day was unbelievable, the perfect hangover cure, Josh and the team you are all amazing and a credit to Fairlawns!!.

We stayed here for a break as we have 3 children at home. We hadnt been away for 3 years so had high expectations. It didnt disappoint. We had a lovely time. The staff were so friendly, the food was the best we have tasted in a long time and the room was so clean and spacious. The restaurant had a really buzzing atmosphere too. Would recommend to anyone

Absolutely amazing place to stay. The pool, thermal room, sauna and hot tubs were all perfect. Clean and tidy. Would definitely stay here again.
