"Pleasant stay, could do with some TLC"

Staff were really accommodating and friendly, they made our stay. Reception, lounge, restaurant all look immaculate. Nice to have access to pool and sauna. Breakfast was really good. Parking was easy.

Rooms and grounds around hotel have been left behind compared to reception, lounge and restaurant. Lift door was playing up. Half of pool is used for swimming lessons on Sunday morning which doesn't leave much space for hotel guests.

Clean, comfortable and good value for money

We had a door to access outside which didn’t open, however there was rubbish and smashed glass, it needed a tidy up and there would have been no complaints

"Could just live here it’s that good"

Everything , the staff was be the most friendly and would honestly do anything to make your stay the much best We have stayed in hundreds of hotels and this is the best we’ve already booked to come back , was very clean breakfast was insanely good
