The staff were very pleasant

Not accessible at all, we didn't even stay the full duration that was booked. I use a standing rollator and struggled to get through corridors or around corners. The access to the lift is in a very poor location and you need to walk through the restaurant to get to it. The room was small and filled with unnecessary furniture, it was very hot and the bed was very uncomfortable. Plus the toilet seat in the bathroom was broken. Wouldn't stay here again

Handy for relatives nearby. Lovely location

It was cold ! Though they provided a heater when i told the receptionist who was very nice and also stepped in to help with something at breakfast. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The bar prices were over the top! And there was only 1 single malt whisky. The young barman didn’t know about whisky really and offered bourbon for example Bit dsapoointed it was only buffer breakfast the first morning so didn’t bother on the 2nd day.
