Quirky and non clinical like many new hotels it has character and comfort and not pretentious

Bits are a bit shabby and need an update I’m short so the shower is high and would like to be able to reduce the height so I can’t get my hair wet

Fabulous and helpful staff, comfortable beds, great showe, nice settings.

Rooms need TLC & maintenance.. Had to move from the 1st room due to TV not working. 2nd room noticed that the kettle seems to be leaking and the bathroom floor got really wet possibly due to a leak under the bath or a blocked drain? Communal corridors / carpet doors etc needs replacing.Rooms themselves need little maintenance jobs doing

Loved the location, breakfast was good and it was reasonable for the price. Also Sunday lunch offer was very good.

The room was a bit dated, the bathroom door wouldn’t open and close properly. A light bulb needed changing.
