The evening meal was nice but only 1 member of staff serving so didn’t get offered a sweet menu

Dirty, noisy and the mattress was like something you would find in the woods. Someone smoking weed on the fire escape that wafted in all night. Saniflow toilet system going off all night (very loud)

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They made sure we had a very accessible room and bathroom. The setting and grounds were very pleasant. The swimming pool and spa was free and lovely to use. The dinner was delicious- particularly the lamb shank.

There could have been a wider choice of food at breakfast.

This was a great hotel, excellent value for money and the staff were amazing.

The mattress could of done with an upgradre

Booked for a 1 night stay for my birthday. It was a quick booking as it was a last minute decision and cheapest I could find. The reception staff were very nice. Hotel room was ok. The only complaint would be about the pool. It was absolutely freezing , but loved the hot tub/jacuzzi. Breakfast was ok but very limited. Overall a good stay if you're not staying long.

It was Clean The Conveyor belt toaster worked as it should!!

Wi-Fi Didnt work and so couldnt do Work that evening as planned untill it came on much later. Ordered room service and wanted immidiate payment and even came to my room with card reader. Only 2 Plug sockets in room so only one spare if TV on. Room was v large but cold with only one radiator that I couldn't regulate. Odd Smell of Tomato soup in other half of hotel when they tried to change my room in search of illusive wifi Breakfast crockery was dirty Quality of Breakfast was poor with everything dried out and tasted Cheap.....because it was.

We had afternoon tea for 4 today. The experience was excellent, from the lovely greeting and customer service from Olusa, to the delicious homemade sandwiches, cakes and trifles! The chef. Ali. came to chat to us and confirmed he'd made everything on the premises. We had an excellent experience and would highly recommend. Thank you.

Helpful friendly staff, beautiful gardens , great pool and leisure facilities.

Alcoholic drinks were expensive.
