Brook Mollington Banastre Hotel & Spa

We were surprised by all the facilities there. The leisure centre is very good to. Everything you needed. Staff helpful and near to Chester Great car park.

Location suited our purpose. Staff were very helpful. Bed comfortable. Breakfast very good.

Location and price. The barman was very helpful.

They did not answer 5 of my messages. On arrival they had no idea we needed a cot despite booking a room with one. We had to go back to ask again for a cot. It was eventually provided. The other guests were very noisy with children running up and down corridors .

The location was very suitable. I particularly liked that I had a bath in my room. All staff very friendly. Very clean. Great facilities. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

Without Steves humour to bring cheer in the bar the place would be closed down.

The place needs a good renovation. Has potential if renovated. Photos do not represent hotel at all. Complete misrepresentation of the actual place. Cleanlinesss could be drastically improved.

Just returned from an overnight stay at the Brook Mollington. We were meeting family and needed a place to stay overnight. This hotel is ideally situated for those who wish to visit Cheshire Oaks Designer Village. What the hotels lacks in regards log up to date amenities it more than makes up for in character. Reminiscent of Faulty Towers but in a friendly comfortable way. From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted and the staff truly made our experience especially the Barman who had a wonderful sense of humour and seemed to be a one man band - jack of all trades. Nothing was too much trouble for this man. We had complimentary drinks with our evening meal - food was lovely and reasonably priced. The hotel is in need of modernising but if you need a friendly comfortable place to stay then I'd recommend.

A short hop on the bus from Chester centre, this well established resort is a little behind in some areas of modern amenities however the WiFi is fast, high quality & has good coverage. There are only 2 electrical outlets in our double room, and the TV doesn't have any streaming services - just freeview. I accidentally un9lugged the coaxial arial when I opened the curtains. The shower cubicle is about as small as it can be and still work, but everything is functional, clean and comfortable. Had a wonderful night's undisturbed sleep in a comfy bed. The bar is well stocked & reasonably priced, the food is delicious and the service is blisteringly rapid. The staff are absolutely wonderful; attentive, helpful and friendly. The gym is the crown jewel in my opinion (see photos), very well equipped and well lit with air-conditioning. Many professional gyms do not have this variety of equipment. Be sure to pack your shorts!
