Friendly and welcoming staff. We enjoyed using the pool.

Outside was very unkept and not very inviting. We thought the building was derelict when we arrived. Inside needs updating although very clean and tidy, just needs a facelift.

Location

No hot water from the sink, the room (n.63) heater wasn't working, or maybe it was but the regulator knob was broken, breakfast could be better and have more variety considering the price per night, walking through the corridors we saw the cleaning ladies with the washed sheets on the floor (making us consider the level of cleanliness).

Staff are great. I like the pool, sauna and gym area. Showers good in the spa area. Food is also good. Great sea bass here and nice restaurant staff. Plenty of parking available.

Gym and pool close at 8pm. Toilet smelled of smoke despite being a non-smoking room. Radiator needing a dust, put trousers over it only to be covered in dust. Pillows very flat.

The setting. The spa treatment The staff

In room No signal on TV No hairdryer Room was very old fashioned No extractor fan in bathroom. The main door to our room omg The key went green and wouldn't open so many times was ridiculous 🙄. We didn't put key with anything else but wouldn't work had to change twice. Breakfast seamed only one lady there Ended up with drinks at end of breakfast because she was too busy on her own. At the spa... We walked in and walked around for a few mins noticed a sign saying busy with clients. Not the best when it's 1st visit.

Immediately on check in the staff were excellent. Very helpful in all areas i needed. Also given a choice of room allocation based on personal preference.

Apart from some of the furniture being a little dated it ticks all the boxes.
